1.Power of attorney
The client shall submit the power of attorney to us in the form of a power of attorney after accepting the quotation. The power of attorney shall include the following contents:
consignor and consignee information, name of port of origin and destination, container type, commodity, gross weight, volume, date of shipment, etc.
2.Booking shipping space
After receiving the power of attorney, we will book the shipping space, select the best route according to the client’s request, and inform the client in time after the booking is successful.
3.Customs clearance
The client will provide the customs clearance documents to our company, and we will transfer it to the customs broker to declare the export to the customs after examination and approval.
4.Bill of Lading
Making the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm the bill of lading with the client to ensure of lading is consistent with client’s request.
5.Payment
We will send the cost confirmation form to the client, and the client will pay the related expenses to us after confirmation.
6.Issuance of bills of lading
Issue bill of lading according to client’s request.
